Lois,
Opening the listserv will give Cornell and Cooperative Extension greater
exposure and this is always good, but you will have to monitor traffic as
you said. On other matters, in the resources handed out for the satellite
conference you did not include a reference to the resources developed by the
county offices was intentional or an oversight? I only ask because I am
always looking for opportunities to market Cooperative Extension as a local
resource
