Biocontrol: Toxorhynchites rutilus (Modified by WNV-L Admin)

Hello everyone,
     Does anyone know about the distribution of Toxorhynchites rutilus
in the southern US east of the Missippi? I am interested particularly
if this species has been found in MD, (is it here normally of rarely?)
